Biography

Omer Mangan is a Technical Specialist at Kubota & Basol LLP, specializing in preparing and prosecuting patent applications both in the U.S. and internationally. His diverse expertise spans software development, computer architecture, artificial intelligence, and more. Before joining K&B, Omer worked as a Technical Analyst, managing various patent portfolios, conducting in-depth research on new patents, and playing a crucial role in reviving dormant applications.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Omer co-founded the BlossomTogether Association, providing humanitarian relief globally. He also mentors asylum-seeking students through Core Educational Services, aiding their academic and social integration.

Omer earned his B.A. with Distinction in Computer Science from the University of Virginia in 2023. During his time there, he served as a Sophomore Senator in the Student Government Association and founded the Chess Club, serving as its President. His technical proficiencies include Java, Python, C++, and more.
