One of the first patent applications I drafted remains my all-time favorite—and yes, it revolves around a cookie dispenser. Imagine a digital workflow system that detects when you've crossed a milestone and promptly rewards you with a sweet treat (in some embodiments accompanied by a mini hammer for a dramatic cookie "smash" or a burst of confetti). Whimsical as it sounds, this invention does tackle a real issue: ensuring remote or large teams receive consistent, automated recognition for their accomplishments, no overworked supervisor required. Beyond the fun factor, we engineered the application to do much more than hand out cookies—it can dispense anything from pills on a schedule to uniforms for employees. It's a testament to how a single inventive spark—turning milestones into tangible celebrations—can become so much more with the right patent strategy. Even with its playful edge, the patent shines for blending human motivation with practical, automated solutions.
