Biography

Campbell Chiang is a registered patent attorney with extensive experience in U.S. patent prosecution and patent portfolio management. Before joining Kubota & Basol LLP, Campbell served as Patent Counsel at two Fortune 100 companies, where he managed international patent portfolios related to 3GPP 5G standards-essential patents, position-location technologies, and graphics hardware.

With a strong technical foundation in computer science and engineering, Campbell has worked on patent application preparation and prosecution across a wide range of technologies. His expertise extends to telecommunications, semiconductors, wireless networking, and advanced computing hardware.

Campbell earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Duke University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and admitted to the State Bar of California.
